Bought the dog bed and never received. Kept getting tracking info every time I contacted the company, only by email as there no other way of contacting them. They eventually said they would refund me. Never received refund, never received dog bed. Don’t buy, total scammers

I found a very cute dog bed on Instagram in mid October. The advertisement was with Moderik. I placed an order using my apple pay which is connected to y bank account. I received notice that the order had been delivered on October 25th. I tracked the package with the provided tracking number and it showed it was delivered to my address, but the picture for proof of delivery was not my house and the package in the picture did not have a label on it. I immediately called FEDEX to check to see if the tracking number was legit. It was confirmed the tracking number was real BUT the name and address on the tracking number with FedEx was not my name or my home address. I tried to look up moderik.com but that brand is for sale. I did find shopmoderik.com but there is no phone number. I could only request someone to call me via a message in the support center. I fear I have definitely been scammed. I will be researching companies prior to purchasing from now on. Basically if they don't sell it in stores or on Amazon, I'm not buying it!
