Was searching for timing and cost of shipping but item was ordered. Immediately contacted them and was told “item had already shipped. Item actually took over a month to arrive, despite being in the same state. Their website claims “satisfaction guarantee” but purposely failed to acknowledge my refund request and doctored up a document claiming I didn’t respond to attach a photograph of the item within their allotted time frame. No such email was ever received, via email thread nor in my SPAM folder.
