Multiple emails back and forth. They claimed that a 2nd attempt was made to deliver but unfortunately it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Email states that they will refund me 100% of sale, but refund never received.

Package never arrived and when I reached out they said they would send again. The 2nd package never arrived so they said it was my fault as it was delivered and offered a partial refund
