Employment scam for Mobileye Systems via "Barry"

I got a text from someone claiming their name was Barry. He claimed he was with Mobileye Systems and was responding to resume I'd posted for a data entry clerk position. He quoted a $30/hr salary and told me to text him back for the interview process. I asked him where exactly he got my resume from and he said Career Builder. I was already suspicious cause I didn't really remember applying for that job, and surely I'd remember a job offering $30/hr. Not to mention, that's a lot of money for just a remote data entry clerk. But I responded (just in case lol) and asked what the interview process was (I was waiting for them to tell me to download an app or something) and he said it would be just through text message and asked me a bunch of questions that a legit employer would ask honestly (only a legit employer would ask via a phone call or video call). He did ask me which bank I use "to see if it tallies with their company salary account". I use PayPal, which uses Wells Fargo, so I just said Wells Fargo, but didn't give anything more. He also asked for 2 professional references, which I gave him (but i did contact both people to let them know it was a scam and to block anyone contacting them on behalf of Mobileye Systems). He asked me a few more employment questions and then said he felt like I was a good fit, but had to send my interview to the company head for review. He then told me we were done for now and to text him at 8am EST and that punctuality was important and key. Fast forward to this morning, I did not text him, but still got an email with an employment letter. Basically it was an email from [email protected] and had an attachment with a job offer letter. I was directed to fill it out, sign it, and attach a picture of my driver's license or state issued ID, front and back. And to then send it back. I did not do this of course. I didn't open the attachment at all. This is very obviously a scam and they are trying to get my personal info to either take over my identity, start a line of credit in my name (good luck LOL), or get into my bank account. Just beware of Barry Taylor and Mobileye System Software.
