A person by the name of Kayla Ann was advertising on the Oak Forest, Illinois page that she has covid tests available. Her address is ***** ******* *** *** ******* *** ****** *** * ** ************. You park in her driveway of her home. She runs out and does a rapid test on you and gives you your results within mins. Then sends out the swab for a PCR. Which we have never got the results back. It was supposedly sent to O’hare labs. The test was done 1/6. Today is 1/19. Called the lab and on hold for almost 2hrs and they say it’s still pending. I had to fill out paperwork on a link with a QR and my insurance info to never get my results back.
