I was also informed that I won $1125000.00 and the funds are with HSBC bank and was to pay change of ownership certificate of $775. After that payment DDC funds were required of me which is called Delay Declaration Certificate of $880. Failing to pay that amount will result in the fund being cancelled. I do not know maybe after paying that amount they will need other funds.
