I purchased a pre-order for the Playstation 5 from this site. The initial cost was $50 to reserve the console. About a week ago I was sent an email to complete my transaction, which I did twice as I had pre-ordered 2. I was then sent an email saying that my transaction was complete and that my consoles would arrive on 11/17/2020. I asked about tracking numbers and got no reply. I sent them several more emails asking about tracking numbers and didn't hear anything back from them. Today I reported the two transactions on my credit card as fraudulent. No consoles, no Christmas presents.
