I paid the merchant in the amount of 750.00 to transport my vehicle from Virginia to California for a military move . The merchant gave me excuses after excuses on why the vehicle wasn’t picked up and the date set. Once the date arrived , the merchant stopped answering my calls and text messages . I reached out to the merchant several times for a refund and never received a reply . The merchant will state to send the funds via zelle, Apple Pay or cash app .
