I had the exact same experience and all I got was an ice shovel. They would respond to my e-mail in Mandarin so I had to use a translation app to see what they were saying. They said that the item is on the way but due to Covid all deliveries are very far behind. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.

Website had a Nugget Ice Maker for $19.99. Even said it was discounted and the price would go back up and shipping weight is 44 lbs. Ordered it on 02/03/21 with expedited shipping for a total of $29.98 and received an email saying it shipped on 02/04/21. Checked the tracking number for 6 days and it stated that only the label was created, but had not shipped yet. Waited until 02/10/21 and emailed them asking why it hadn't shipped yet. No response. Emailed again on 02/12/21 and asked them for a response or I would request a refund. No response, so I went to PayPal and filed a dispute and they refunded my money within 45 minutes.The scam is that each super cheap item has a drop down box that automatically gives you a cheap accessory instead of the actual item they are advertising. If my order had shipped to me, it would have been an ice shovel, not the ice maker. I added screenshots of what they do. If you don't pay attention, you will order some piece of crap accessory you don't want instead of the item they show the pictures of.
