I purchased a Nest.cam for $149.99 from Mizzumart on June 5, 2017. I received no confirmation of my order nor did I receive shipping details. The only proof of purchase was a Paypal receipt. I sent one email to [email protected] inquiring about shipping, and two emails to [email protected] regarding order confirmation and shipping. I received no response from Mizzumart. I received the Nest cam 3 days later. I could not get the product to work on my phone so I plugged it into my computer, a pop up came up inquiring if I wanted an $80 plan to cover my computer from malware and viruses or a $30 plan. I immediately uplugged the computer realizing it was trying to install ransomware. I took my computer to a dealer to have it wiped and fixed. The invoice I received from Mizzumart shows an amount of $199 + 12 tax and 12 fees with a total of $211.99 even though I paid $149.99. The invoice does not match the product. There is no phone number on the website to contact anyone and all emails go unanswered. I've read comments online (redditt.com) indicating Mizzumart uses stolen credit cards to purchase items and sell them. I've filed a complaint on Paypal.com and have heard nothing from Mizzumart. The name on the Paypal says "Tran Van Luy". The return label indicates the company is out of Fort Worth Texas.
