Contacted the website inquiring about product - received response right away. After the order, asked regarding order status and estimated ship date - no response. Order was placed on 12/22/23, and as of 1/5/24 there has been no response. Phone, email, and contact request form all fail. Website does not respond. Other customers online complain of this scam saying the site is notorious for this. Stay clear! BBB, do something about these guys, please!

The company will take your money and say they are processing your order. They will do your first order then give you a sad story on your second order. They have had my products and refuse to give a refund for almost a year now.
