I was referred to mixers-outlet.com looking for a Kitchen Aid mixer to purchase online. Made my purchase via PayPal. When the mixer didn't arrive after a reasonable amount of time, I repeatedly went to the website & emailed them about the status. Probably 5-7 times, with no response. Receipt and order numbers were provided to me. It was stated to allow a minimum of 10 days for delivery. After three weeks(21 days), and no responses to my email, I followed up with my credit card company to dispute the charge. They removed it, crediting my account, with the stipulation that they would contact the merchant. In April, I received a letter from my credit card company stating that they were reversing the charges, charging my account again, and provided the tracking information from the USPS. We have community mailboxes(centralized), the tracking information included a date the "Notice left". I NEVER received the notice. As of today, April 19th, I am on my way to the USPS, to find out why they never attempted to redeliver the notice or the item if I had not picked it up. Additionally, I have gone back to the mixers-outlet.com website & the window now shows "Safari Can't Find the Server".
