Brandy Barr is the co-owner of a company called Mitten Management. She posted a house for rent on VRBO, and it turned out after taking my money that the house is not available, it may not even exist. She did not return emails or phone calls. She sent a text saying she would get everything fixed and that she had been out of the country. I have worked with customer support at VRBO and they have assured my I will receive a full refund. She is no longer visible on the VRBO platform. She is a thief. I do not have an email for her but her phone number (if she is even a real person) is 517 775 4877.
