Purchased a Pulsar Axion 2 thermal scope for research I am conducting for $1288.00, roughly half the MSRP in other countries. Seller preferred to be paid by wire transfer or services like Western Union, but I was skeptical of the price and insisted on PayPal for payment. On 5/12/23, seller received payment and claimed shipping would require 21 days to avoid account maximums levied by PayPal. I am now approaching the 42 day mark and still waiting for the product. Seller claimed package would be delivered by UPS but never gave a UPS tracking number. Instead gave a tracking number through Merpati Express, an Indonesian shipping company, which now only provides an error message. Seller has repeatedly refused to provide a domestic tracking number or details as to when my purchase will arrive and is becoming increasingly unresponsive. I am left to conclude, nothing was sent to begin with and this is a complete scam.
