I ordered a weight loss supplement from Mitolyn. I paid in full for three months of product. I never received the product. I contacted Mitolyn by e-mail. they said they would ship as soon as possible. They never did. Despite several e-mails and promises from them, no product was ever sent. They kept saying how busy they were. Complete garbage. I can't get my money back, but others should be warned

I placed an order for the Mitolyn product on their website on 5/2/25 with an expectation for shipment in 7-10 days. To date, I have not received the product or a refund. I reported the issue to my credit card company. Numerous emails have been exchanged with Mitolyn customer support in which they continue to request more information.
