Then things changed Breeder asked for full payment of the puppy + shipping. Ok Breeder said she left the puppy at a transport agency then it need a safe crate to be transport Breeder said if I don’t send the money I don’t get the puppy.it was ridiculous because Breeder asked for shipping charges I never got the puppy because I can’t afford the costs of the crate.I paid for the puppy but never got it
