States he can flip you money. Gives you step by step how it works. You send the money. (I sent 1000) then he calls you and gives a step by step how to things are going. Then calls tells you how much he got you then states you have to pay the taxes (I sent 800).

He let's lets you know when you will receive the confirmation number to pick up your money
