I wanted to purchase a VAPORACTIVE HEADBAND from Mission Cooling. During checkout a pop-up box appears touting additional items at a discount. I did not wish to add any other items so I just pressed continue. It immediately took me to the order confirmation page showing that I purchased TWO items. I DIDN'T order the COOLING WESTCHESTER HAT that was on the receipt. I immediately emailed them and was told it was too late and the order was processed for shipment. When I called the next day I was told that I would have to PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT. I explained what happened and they still said I would have to pay for the shipment. When I said it was THEIR fault and not mine and that THEY should pay the the return they hung up. Mission's website uses deceptive scamming methods to add items to buyes carts. They need to be stopped from practicing these heinous business practices.
