We keep receiving phone calls claiming to be Mission Lane. My son received about fourteen calls last night. The caller could not speak very well. He said there are airline tickets for $1000 submitted and more things on our card. We said we did not do these purchases. He asked if we have our credit card on us. We said no. We said are not paying for this. He said we will have to close your account and send a new card. I said do that and hung up. My son said there is something funny about this. It sounded like $1400 or more dollars. I called the company and our account is in good standing. They are calling from Mission Lanes number.

I applied for their credit card as a recommendation threw credit karma. What a mistake. They said I was approved then sent me my card but when it arrived they said it was restricted until I sent in more documents including my ID and my Social security card after questioning them on it I agreed to do so. Well 2 days after I sent them MY ID and MY SOCIAL they said that my documents were fraudulent and that my card had been permanently restricted I was never allowed to apply for their product ever again.. ???? Ummmm excuse me? I've had the same Id number for almost 20 years and the same social for over 30 years how are they going to tell me that my stuff is fraudulent.. this is an absolute scam company dont ever ever trust them seems how now i all of a sudden have random things showing on my Credit report

I received a invitation in the mail an offer to receive a credit card from his fraud company that goes by the name of mission lane credit service and applied online on 5-10-21 and have not received a card from them yet. called the company several times and spoke to 3 different representative who informed me to give it a few more days all three times. well Today on 6-01-21 i called and asked to speak to a manager that informed me that the card was returned to them on 5-23-21from the post office stating that my address was not valid. This is a scam! I have been living at my address since 1992. I asked the manager why didn't the previous Three (3) Representative tell me that I have been calling this company since 5-24-21 and none of them said it was returned until I asked to speak to a manager and this is what she said. I Question her with this but she had no response and now when I call my number is Blocked! WOW I Now know this is a scam. Not only that, They have all my personal Information Name, address, phone number, social security number, and also my mothers maiden name. they have two numbers they blocked me from both. *** *** **** and *** *** ****. they already have 78 complaints from two years. How can a company be able to continue this? They need to be STOPED! Please help me to stop this company from doing this to anyone else. Thank you
