Was called to solicit a marketing opportunity. To purchase 10 rooms in Orlando, Florida that would be solicited to corporations that would purchase them for their conventions. There was a 180 day guaranteed if they did not sell. They gave me a username and password for the website to view my account. When I would try to get onto the website, it said that the username and password that I was given did not match. I tried to create a new password, but the website would not let me. It took me a very long time, calling customer service, to get clarification of what was going on. This was well after the 180 day guarantee. I was told that the $2990 was used for advertising, therefore I would not be refunded the money, regardless of the 180 day guarantee.
