As I was just adding things to the cart to see what the total for what I wanted, when I clicked "Save and Continue ", I was expecting to be able to review the cart, see the total, and then edit/add etc then click "Pay Now" when I'm ready to checkout as is customary when shopping online. BUT THEIR "SAVE AND CONTINUE TAKES YOUR MONEY!! On no other site when shopping does "Ssve and Continue " constitute payment before the customer is able to review, edit, SEE TOTAL AMOUNT on heir cart. They refused to refund me even though I immediately emailed them about the mistake & how their "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button shouldn't trick people into making a purchase they may not be ready to make at that time. Lots of people add things to their cart and have to click "Save and Continue" to move onto the next step to see a total amount, or enter a promo code, etc. Then after they wouldn't give me ac refund for this mistake order they said they delivered the products but i never got a tracking and haven't responded to any of my emails starting im still waiting for the product & the tracking!
