Person ordered a sweatshirt from Mislead Clothing Brand through their website. After one week from purchase, she had not received any notification about the shipment of the item. She emailed the company for a refund and they said they would look into it. Sixteen days later she sent a message to the company to follow up with the refund request and they stated that they did not provide refunds as per their Instagram page. She stated to the company that nowhere on the company website does it say no refunds, but they kept referring to their Instagram page. It has been one month since she made the purchase and has not received a refund or the sweatshirt that was ordered.
