I made a purchase on 5/12/19 for an inversion table. I received an email on 5/17/19 that the product was out of stock and a refund would be processed. The email stated that it could take 6-20 days to receive the refund. As of today, 7/25/19, I have not received a refund. I can find no contact information for this website and when trying to reply to the original email it's undeliverable.
