I watched an advertisement on Tik Tok about stretchy jumpers and decided to look into the company. The website that the link took me too looked very legitimate, so I decided to order the jumpers.

The advertisement said that the company was going out of business, but once I was in the website, there was nothing about the company going out of business, but I didn’t think anything of that. It should have been a red flag.

When I received the jumpers, they were not stretchy at all. I am pregnant and thought they would have been amazing, but I didn’t even try them on once I touched the material and realized the fabric was wrong and they wouldn’t fit me.

I then tried to initiate a return via email, and was told that the company had a policy to not do the return because the package was open.

So, I looked up their return policy and sent it to the “customer service representative”. Nothing is stated about a hygienic return policy.

I was also told that I would have to pay for shipping to return the product and it would be cheaper for me to just reorder the correct product. The link from this companies advertisement on Tik Tok took me to exactly what I thought were the stretchy jumpers.

I then spent at least an hour arguing with someone on the phone trying to get a refund before requesting to speak to a supervisor.

The “supervisor” told me that because I bought the jumpers “on sale” (which was another scam), they didn’t have to issue me a return. So I kept telling him that it does not matter if it was a sale, Mirra Fashion sent me the wrong product and it’s too small. He eventually started trying to deal with me, saying he would give me a 50% refund, but I kept demanding a 100% refund and eventually he hung up on me.

The frustrating thing is that the description of the ordered jumpers just says “jumper with pockets”, so it’s vague enough for them to send whatever they want. But I had watched multiple ads that had the stretchy jumpers. There have been multiple TikTok users that have made videos about this company being a scam company. I’m sad I didn’t look that up first.

I used Apple Pay to order these jumpers, so I requested an investigation due to the company refusing to return the product and give me a refund.

I saw a viral tiktok jumpsuit that looked comfortable. It was shown in pictures and video to be a soft jogger material with extra stretch. I had to wait weeks for it. And when it finally arrived. It was a stiff material, the legs were wide not cuffed, and there is a zipper not a button making it impossible to actually wear the item. I contacted customer service who advised me to send pictures of the items. I did. And then when I asked for a refund or the actual item they said they’d talk to their manufacture but since I had opened the package I broke their return policy. Which I then looked at and it is not stated on their website. So they were going to refuse to do anything.

I bought a product that was advertised VIA tiktok, as a very stretchy, cotton made jumpsuit. The material is actually a suede like material, with a cheap canvas lining. The product took approximately 2 months to receive. There’s no stretch within the product at all, there’s no leg cuffs and the fabric is not cotton. There’s also no zipper opening or clasp on the neckline; so in order to get in the piece you have to step into the neckline which isn’t possible. There is no address for the company on its website and the website says, "Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you."

I purchased joggers from an ad on tiktok about a month ago. the website appears to have changed names since then. It says it was shipped but USPS has not received the item and advised me to contact the seller. they haven’t replied in weeks.
