I was evicted so I needed a place to rent but I kept getting turned down so I was recommended Miriam Dawson a private consultant who helped other people get rental property. I was emailed a contract and I sent $375, $1455, 1455 and another 1455 and didn’t get the place. I was told no credit check but then she said the property owner did not want me staying there because I was a high risk. The situation left me homeless and my son snd living in hotels since February 4, 2023. She wanted to redeem herself then sent another contract for a new place and all I was due $1069. I paid it and was told I was getting a refund on the other place and assured she was on her way to give me the keys. She sent a text saying On my way! SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. This was on March 17, 2023. I am still homeless and I’m out of thousands of dollars. She has taken down her social media and disconnected her phone number. I am floored and heartbroken.
