After 5.95 trial, then charges account 89.95 after 14 days. Confirmation email says nothing about cancelling before then

This product is on the web. It offers a free trial offer. The free trial offer is for an anti-aging cream, and an eye serum. When you get the free trial you get both products delivered in the same box. You have a certain amount of time to cancel the product, if not they automatically charge you. After the free trial I received the anti aging cream individually in a box. I called to cancel and request a refund. I was told because I didn't call before the trial was over that I am liable for that $80 for the anti aging cream. At that time I said okay I just want to make sure all products are cancelled I do not want to receive any more charges from your company or any more products from your company. The gentleman said ok I'll cancel it for you today. 3 weeks later I received the eye serum in the mail I call and ask why did I receive this I cancelled it 3 weeks ago I was told because it has different ingredients it's a different division and eye serum was never cancelled and I've already been charged $97 including shipping. Now the name for the company is the same the phone number to call in and order and or cancel is the same the address where the product comes from is also the same. So naturally as a consumer when I called to cancel the anti aging cream and mentioned there was another product which was the eye serum I naturally assumed I was canceling both. The representative who cancelled the aging cream never inform me that the eye serum was a different division and since it wasn't cancelled 3 weeks ago I am liable for the $90. This is fraudulent sales practices and it's a way to get one more payment out of the consumer before canceling completely. I work for AT&T if we did something like this the government would file a lawsuit on behalf of the consumer and we would pay either tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars for unethical sales. Other companies need to also be held to these standards weather web based or not. Consumer beware! I would like to rate them as an F for ripping off the public. I mean let's be real if 10000 or 100000 people are charged one more time at $90, because they didn't cancel all products , that's an additional $900,000 to $9,000,000 of unethical revenue! This is outrageous and a definite scam. We as consumers need to stand up to this unethical greed.

I bought a product using the DR OZ photograph and video endorsing this product " Mira Vie ". I have found out through numerous research that this is a known scam. Well documented. I contacted the company to address the issue with the fraudulent product. They refuse to give me a refund and told me I could only have 30% percent back and they will cancel my account from further charges. I received and email stating I'm canceled for further charges. I do not trust this email as I see others are still being charged from the other rip off reports that I researched. I have taken the time to file with IC3.GOV, BBB and Rip Off Report. My next step will be filing with USPS for mail fraud for shipping counterfeit goods and internet fraud. and my local Police Department to keep these [censored] on file. It is against the the law to sell counterfeit products with the intent to defraud by using fake celebrity images and videos. Dr Oz has nothing to do with this products. It is clearly stated on his website.
