I ordered 2 dresses from this company and the package received were 2 dresses I ordered and also terrible quality. I ordered the Mateo Floral Maxi Dress/Green in S and XS. I received a different green dress and a blue dress. I am attaching a word document showing the order receipt and photos of what I actually received. It also has a screenshot of when I tried to contact them, I received an error email that the user does not exist. When I called their phone number, it is a young man who has no idea how they got his number to use, but he's getting all kinds of calls like mine and he has filed a complaint as well.

Purchased a dress online, received a dress 3 weeks later that was a cheap imitation, different print, different color, different style, nothing like the original and cheap in every way. I’ve uploaded the site that the dress was ripped off from.

I ordered a dress from Mirasahome.com and received an item completely different from what was advertised and ordered. I contacted the company requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label in accordance with their stated return policy. Instead of honoring my request, the company repeatedly offered partial discounts for me to keep the incorrect item. When I declined and again requested a full refund and return label, they stated I would have to pay to ship the item back to China and seek reimbursement afterward. Their website clearly states that a return label will be provided within 30 days of purchase, and my request was made within that timeframe. The company is refusing to comply with its own return policy.
