Factory Outlet Steore #1955; Tracking Number: SZ200231035US; Outdoor Camping Chair with Side Table - several customer service emails ([email protected]) requesting tracking updates as site did not work; claimed product was delivered; later claimed product was lost; asked for a refund and was offered 50%; asked for 100% refund and was offered 75% and told that they lost money too and if I did not accept it would take longer to receive the refund; via email explained that I would be filing a complaint and have received no contact since;
