The website sent a confirmation email through Shopify for the product, then charged my account via PayPal. I have tried reaching out to the support email 3 times in the past month since as the website state items will ship within 2-10 days. I waited until after the 10 day mark to follow up with the support email given and have followed up each week since with no communication.
