Let me say this, my dog died at about 4:30 that morning, i wanted to get another puppy asap to help grieve....Everything online fine, communication via text established, Sent money via Zelle thru Bank of America,once they got the money they had their "shipping company" send me an email with tracking number. a little while later (same day) got email from shipping company saying i had to buy a refundable insurance policy before they would ship animal. Cost would be $1400.00, via wire transfer or Zelle only. (puppy was $800.00 including shipping) I called and I told them i don't need insurance just ship animal (I have insurance for pets available thru my employer). They refused and hung up on me. Then I started getting emails from them saying i only had 30 minutes to send funds or flight would be missed, then 15 minutes and the flight would leave and the dog would be handed over to a rescue.Constant texts with "owner" to either ship puppy or refund money, i even offered for them to keep 100. no responses
