I placed any order for 5 coffee makers, total of U$174.75. The site looked normal but do you now what happened? I never received anything. Total lost, this is a real scam.

Took money but no merchandise. Phone doesn’t work and email gets rejected.

Same experience as everyone else here--they took my money and never shipped anything--a Christmas blow-up item for under $20. After placing the order I learned they are bogus--email and phone not working. I called my bank and they will try to stop the payment. Meanwhile--they are issuing me a new card. If I do not get the payment stopped or refunded by the bank I am out the $14.00. There are other websites with the same fraud MO--bogus street address and phone # and never shipping merchandise--probably the same crooks: Hetego.com and Waterwate are two of them.

Seemed to be a legitimate business as after I placed an order I received an "Order Received" confirmation. The confirmation stated that my credit card declined authorization to MiracleUN and that I would not be charged until the item was received. But they charged my card anyway and never shipped the item. They state that their phone lines are inactive due to Covid and no contact can be made through their email.

I ordered a fat separator that was supposed to be in stock from the MiracleUN website at https://miracleun.net/product/oxo-good-grips-4-cup-gravy-fat-separator/. The "Order Received" page that came up said my credit card had been declined (something that has never happened before), but they would keep trying to process the card. They would send an email once it cleared with the order number and tracking information, and to please allow three business days. Shortly after placing the order I got an alert that my credit card had been used to charge $2.47 in a Walmart store 1,000 from my location. Knowing scammers charge small amounts at first to see if they can get away with it, I immediately checked with my credit card company and found there was also a charge from BestReviews for the exact amount of my online purchase from MiracleUN. I received no email confirmation that that my order had processed. After reviewing the "Order Received" page I had printed out when I place the order I noticed it listed miracleun.COM as the website - this is not a valid website. The website I ordered from was miracleun.NET. I Googled the address from the website and found it to be a house. I also saw other reviews that said the same thing had happened to them and they had not received their orders as well. Needless to say, I cancelled my credit card. It has been 3-1/2 weeks and still no email or product from MiracleUN. I agree with the other reviewers, this is a scam!

I purchased an order on 6-13-2021. Instead of a confirmation page, an error page came up with this message:

"Your order has been received via the Internet and order is ready to be processed. However, your credit card declined MiracleUN’s attempt to authorize the order amount. As a result, your order is on hold.

Several factors outside of MiracleUN’s control may have caused your card to decline.

Our system will continue trying to obtain an authorization and if successful we will process your order. Once your order has processed through our quality assurance team, we will send you an order confirmation email. The confirmation email will include the MiracleUN order number and tracking information."

I tried calling them to cancel the order and it wouldn't ring. I emailed them and it bounced back as a Mailer Daemon. I used their contact form on the website and there was an "error" in sending the message. I called my bank to stop the transaction but, because I authorized the transaction, I need to wait 30 days before filing a dispute. The bank gave me a phone number that was linked to that transaction. When I called that number, it was no longer in service.

This website/company is not reputable! They are smart, though, because their prices aren't so much lower than average that you smell a rat. This product was only about $4 cheaper than you can find on Walmart or Amazon.

I just read a review here from April 2021. The exact thing happened to me in May 2021. I ordered a coffee maker from this company for a birthday gift for a friend. My credit card was charged immediately despite the website saying that my credit card would not be charged until the order was processed. That was the first red flag. I waited seven days with no email confirmation, as the company said this would take about three business days. I tried to contact company several times, through using form on their website, which would never go through, and tried phoning them, but phone would never ring. After waiting 30 days and no response from this company, my credit card company has filed a dispute. Please do not use this so called “company.” My credit card was billed as “1stopbedrooms.” Odd to see that now “miracleun” website has now disappeared!??

I placed an order for a 20” cast iron skillet for $51.13.

Did not receive a confirmation number but instead a page telling me that my card declined the amount so my order will be on hold until they obtain authorization. Could take upto 3 business days.

When I checked my statement moments later, the charge said automotive for that same amount. Which I found strange so I called my credit card company. I will be disputing the charge.

Also, the phone number listed does not work as well as where you can submit a question to the company. All factors telling me fraud and that I should’ve checked them out first.

Everything about the website looks legit including the little security lock in the web address.
