I also purchased a Miracle Scrapers in November 2018. I was billed the correct amount for these scrapers and received the item.

I recently June 2019 also noticed another charge for $9.95 on my account and went back I went back through my statements and this same charge was once a month since January 2019. I cancelled my credit card and reported this issue to my bank, which they refunded me all the charges and are going to check into this. I have called the number 877-681-6464 and spoke to an [censored] man from India who indicated he was the owner which was very unprofessional, kept repeating himself that I had a membership, argued with me, told me it is a scam and to accept it, and then hung up on me.

What a scam. I ordered two Miracle Scrapers from a Facebook add and just learned I have been getting charged $9.95 every month because they opted me into some vehicle protection. There was zero mention of this during the purchase process. I received an email which was buried in my junk mail and even that has no phone number or account number to reference. The email states they will pay my first month free even though they apparently charged me two weeks later. This is an absolute scam aimed at deceiving people out of their money. Stay away.

I ordered a product from this company back in December 2018. They shipped the product, and sent me a confirmation email. In that email is where the scam lies. In the email the auto-enroll you for a VIP Auto Membership. I didn’t want any such membership with them, so I sent them an email. I was worried about it so I also called them. Over the phone they assured me the membership was cancelled. I also got an email back from a representative stating not to worry, that my concer was sent to the auto membership department for cancellation. After that, I didn’t worry about the membership fee. I felt confident that my cancellation had been completed. This month, on March 12, I was charged 9.95$ USD for a membership fee with them. I called immediately and spoke to a representative who was rude and told me that he only wanted my phone number and it didn’t matter what had happened. He said he would cancel the membership and then refund me. Even though he was rude, I accepted that it would be done as I had asked. I was indeed refunded for the charge, but due to the fluctuation in the US and Canadian Dollar, I am out a few cents. I know it’s no big deal, but it’s the principle of it that I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place for something I never ordered. I called back the Miracle Scraper company to complain and make sure my membership was cancelled. They refused to help me. I was hung up on repeatedly, yelled at by their representatives, they refused to get me a manager to speak with when I asked, and told me flat out “it doesn’t matter what your story is, I don’t care.” This is definitely NOT appropriate customer service! They are beyond a doubt a fraudulent company!! If other customers have not have looked closely at the email, as I did, they could be paying for a membership to which they did not request or desire. I may not be out much money, but I am out a few cents, and it’s the principle of it!

I ordered and paid for the Miracle Scraper product in Nov 2017. I received the product. After that I have had 3 monthly unauthorized charges to my credit card which would continue forever had I not called Master Card who told me to tell them to stop. I did so today in Feb. I have yet to see if they will comply. They claim that I signed up for roadside assistance for $9.95 per month which I did not. I plan to ask Master Card to rescind all the charges. Master Card also said that even if I got a new card from them, Miracle Scraper has the ability to find that new number and keep charging me. I have already emailed Miracle Scraper plus personally called them. I spoke to a man named "David" who had a heavy Indian accent.

I purchased two of their crappy scrapers through a Facebook ad back in December. Today, I noticed a fee for $9.95 had been charged, even though I paid in full at original purchase. I looked closer and saw an identical charge in Jan as well. I contacted them through their Facebook page and they said they'd cancel my 'membership' and issue a refund. When I asked them what membership, they stopped responding to my questions, blocked me from being able to continue to message them, deleted my comments on their Facebook page, and blocked me from being able to comment there either.

First I was entering information to see how much shipping would be if I purchased the product. Then, the sale went through without confirming a purchase in December. In January I noticed they had taken out an additional $9.95. Today I contacted them in a message. First he was nice then turned rude when I called him out on the mistakes. As I am sitting at the bank cancelling my card I get a call from a strange # with a message saying my card was being charged $299.99. They are pretty good scam artists!

I purchased (4) worthless by the way miracle scrapers for stocking stuffers for Christmas. I received them and they charged my credit card.

They have since charged my credit card twice for $9.95 each and said when i purchased the scrapers i was automatically enrolled in some kind of roadside assistance program for $9.95 per month. and after being charged twice they could only refund me one of the charges.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

BUY THESE ON AMAZON IF YOU WANT ONE. THEY ARE CHEAPER AND THEY WONT SCAM YOU.

This company has charged me $19.97 over 2 months ago and now two days ago charged me another $9.95 which my bank tells me and is some sort of subscription. I have no idea what the subscription is I never signed up for anything. When I contact this company buy phone the phone number is not valid. When I contact them through Facebook they just keep telling me I have 30 days to return the product if I'm not satisfied but nothing is ever been shipped to me yet they continue to charge my credit card multiple times and will not return my money. This whole thing is a scam and all I want is my money back. I've had to cancel my credit card and get a new credit card number to force them to stop charging me at this point

I WAS ON FACEBOOK AND THE ADD CAME UP FOR THE MIRACLE SCRAPER. I WAS GIVEN A SIMILAR ONE FOR CHRISTMAS LAST YEAR AND LIKE IT. THEIR WAS A TIMED DEAL THAT CAME UP: LIKE FOR THE NEXT 1 1/2 HOURS LEFT YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS TO CHOOSE. I CHOOSE THE OPTION THAT SAID IF YOU BUY 3 SCRAPERS FOR $8.38 EA YOU GET 3 FREE AND FREE SHIPPING. THE SCREEN FLIPPED REAL FAST AND I THOUGHT IT FUNNY THAT I HAD NO CHOICE OF COLORS OR ANYTHING. I WANTED TO PAY WITH *** JUST IN CASE BUT I NEVER HAD THE CHOICE. DID RECEIVE THEN IN A PLASTIC BAG THAT FIT IN MY MAIL BOX WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. NO INVOICE !! BUT MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED $ 53.91 BY MIRACLE SCRAPER. I TRY CALLING THE # ON MY DEBIT ACCOUNT AND GOES NOWHERE. I EXPECTED THE TOTAL TO BE $ 25.14. WAS CHARGED $28.77 MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE.

I purchased 10 miracle scrapers from the website in November 2018. Products came fine as ordered. HOWEVER, I was automatically enrolled in the “VIP Auto Discount” Club for $9.95/mth WITHOUT MY CONSENT! In the email it says "if you wish to cancel your free membership simply call the VIP Auto Discount Customer hotline at +1(877) 681-6464". I called the number three days in a row and received the same message over and over again "Sorry sir, due to technical difficulty we cannot cancel your membership at this time, please call back the next day" and hung up. The membership cannot be cancelled. Please help! Why am I paying US$9.95 or CA$13.74 a month for something I did not agree to in the first place?

I ordered 2 miracle scrapers in Nov. as gifts. This week I noticed they charged my card again for $9.95. I found complaints about this on the BBB and contacted them. They told me I was in the VIP Auto club. I just went through the steps to make a purchase again, and there is nothing about enrolling in an Auto Club. They say they will refund my money, but I have a feeling that most people do not check and don't know they are being charged monthly. I did not enroll in an Auto Club and did not authorize them to charge me monthly. Please put a stop to this fraudulent business.
