For Christmas, I ordered 3 Magnetic Magic Cubes (buy 2 get 1 free, for $40 total). I received my order in the mail and it is not at all what was advertised. The magnetic balls were the size of pin heads rather than what was depicted in the advertisement. What was received was junk and and not worth the money at all. I wanted to return these items immediately and get a full refund, however the email address listed on the website, [email protected] or [email protected], comes back as undeliverable and the phone number has a perpetual busy signal. Now as I research, I see others have had this same issue/concern with anything purchased from their website. This company is fraudulent and shameful.
