I did not realize Miracle Brand Co was an imposter of Miracle Made, until I made a purchase. I found the website when looking for gift ideas. I gave my email for a discount. I received an “offer” email and I went ahead with it. The offer was for the comforter (I chose King) & free 3 piece towel set) and the site froze. I wasn’t sure what happened. I got an email a couple of hours later “thank you for your order” of queen sheets. I responded to “orders@miraclebrandco” that it was wrong, not my order. I got an email from “orders@miracleco” that they will review & have the “escalating team” on it and get back with me within 24 hours. Never happened. I called the 888-683-4875. A man answered the phone & I explained the above. I gave my order number and he said some name. I said that is not me. He asked for my email. I said no, what number did you type in? He read the 2 letters then said a number, then um, my screen, I must have typed it wrong. I said it again and he said my name. He says when you get the sheets you can return. I said no I can’t, I don’t drive. He said I will get a message to the “escalating team” and they will give you a call back. I said no, you don’t answer emails, I want to talk with that team now. He said ok let me put you on hold to transfer. Surprise Surprise, disconnected. I tried calling back several times and I got “you have reached us outside normal business hours”. I contacted my bank immediately and the fraud investigation began. Shame on Google for accepting money from this fraudulent online business to be on the top of their feeds with an “Ad”. My Bank refunded my account and opened an investigation. So money lost, yes..but Bank refunded.
