I saw an ad on Facebook for a 2-in-1 straightener/curler. I looked through all the comments and went through their site and was satisfied that it was legit. People were saying they received their shipments in two days and others were saying they had had great communication with customer service.

First, my shipment took almost thirty days to get to me. Which per their website that was pretty accurate, so I thought nothing of it (except jealousy of the people who got theirs in 2 days). Second, when I opened the package the image on the box was not the same as I had seen online. After opening it, I realized I had received the wrong item. I sent an email to the email which was provided on my invoice: [email protected] but that has since been said to be full and no more emails could be sent there. I then went to their site and sent an email to their returns department: [email protected] which bounced back immediately as undeliverable.
