This man came into our privately owned store with no appointment wanting to solicit his product. He was told "no thank you" by the owner (me) as we do not accept solicitors. He created scene at our store, all on camera, in front of customers and flipped off our store owner and 2 employees. 10 minutes later he called the store (from his own phone number, which is recorded on caller ID) and told me that he was with the ScamPulse.com and that the store had had a complaint filed and that someone from ScamPulse.com would be coming to the store to investigate this encounter. He is harassing our store employees with his in person visit, false call claiming to be the ScamPulse.com and also with a negative YELP review after his solicitation at our store.
