There is no more replies from the customer service representative(s) of Minty.com (website https://www.minty.com). I purchased an item on a retailer's website, and I thought Minty.com were going to provide cash back on the transaction. There was a woman named Susie Q. who said, "I have over 500.00 in purchases and have never once gotten my cash back. I am supposed to go through each purchase one by one with their bot because they have no lagit phone number. Its a big fat pain in the butt to even try!" I do not know why particular employees of Minty.com are behaving like this for. Why?
