I was approved for a loan from Minto money. I was told of my loan amount repayments and when the payments will end. I realize I should have paid it off by now and checked my account. We're not realize I overpaid. I called the company and they said I still have more payments. I was unsure of why I still had payments so I logged into the app and there are documents that I did not sign. I have never seen and the information was absolutely wrong. The documents that I saw was not the same documents that I signed and how I signed is not the same as the documents that I downloaded. When I reached out to the company and I told them that those were not the documents that I signed. They said they will call me back after reviewing phone call Recordings.
