On or about 08/10/2020, I ordered a Gon and Killua light for my daughter, She saw an ad on her phone, fell in love with the item, and I purchased this for her on my credit card, and to date, this has not arrived, I sent an email to the email address linked to the order, and still no response, I sent a second email, requesting to have my money returned, and again no response.

My order number is ****, and on 08/10/2020, I was told that the order is on the way, today is 10/23/2020, and I have ot received the item or a refund. PLEASE HELP
