I ordered these glp one patches in May for my wife for her birthday paid an extra $6.99 for VIP shipping so then we were supposed to get it within 3 to 5 days when we called they told us that they would have somebody call back within 24 to 48 hours still never received a call we're going on a month now we called yesterday they said they would have somebody higher up call us within 48 hours still haven't received a call we've been doing this for a month now and still no patches still don't know where it is we checked yesterday on the tracking it was at one place we went there they checked it was not there being checked today and it was somewhere else we still haven't received the patches they got the money we asked for a refund the company said they will have somebody calls back within 24 to 48 hours we still have not received a call and I think this is a scam by all means we just want our money back
