Isabelle Jenny Anestal contacted me via eBay on 9/2021 requesting to buy a brand new authentic ysl bag from me. I accepted her offer via eBay which she had me cancel and asked me to invoice her on PayPal which I did. She paid wine two forms of payment and I shipped the bag. 6 months later she received a charge back claiming bag was defective or not what she ordered! She now has my bag and money due to PayPal’s inability to investigate properly or defend me as a seller. This woman is a total liar and scammer! Refused to return my bag! Had stopped responding emails!
