I was targeted with an ad on social media. I purchased items on the website minitaylor.com. The items arrived, late, and were counterfeit. They were of extremely poor quality (unlined, cheap fabrics, no tags) and did not match the images online. They were also exact copies of clothing items from Boden.com / Mini Boden brand, but missing tags. The company offers a return if you mail the items from the US to Hong Kong using your own money.

I wasn't sure which category to put this experience in. I ordered three children's dresses from this website. About a week after ordering online, I have 6 fraudulent charges on my credit card, equaling to almost $1000. Additionally, I started receiving fraudulent packages, which according to USPS are part of a "Brushing Scam". I received two of the dresses that I ordered, which appeared to be in appropriate condition. It took over a month to receive the other dress. Upon receipt, it was nothing like what was advertised. It was a completely different design and condition from what was on the website. I am hesitant to ask for a refund, because I do not want to give this company a new credit card number after having that information stolen. While I cannot prove that this company is directly related to the fraudulent mail or charges, it is very coincidental and I also did not receive what was advertised.
