Found Eva, black female teacup poodle on website. Contacted them via email. They said she was ready to go, that I needed to put a deposit on her while they got paperwork and arrangements made. The wanted me to use Zelle but my bank does not use Zelle. Tried PayPal but could never get it to go through even though we used several emails. Told to go to CVS and get 2-$350 Vanilla Visa gift cards and make sure cashier activated them immediately. Went next morning and got cards@CVS but on the back of the card it said it could take up to 24 hours for funds to be available. The lady from the poodle place said to go ahead and do it, then send her via email a copy of the front and back of the cards. Did that then a short while later she said she received funds and would proceed with paperwork and transportation plans. She sent me a buyers/sellers agreement to sign. I did that and sent it back to her. Thanked me for being so prompt. The $700 was $600 for dog and $100 for everything else. She would have dog in her POSSESSION until put on plane. A few hours later, I get a text saying that the puppy failed the check test because she never flew before @ the Insurance and Custom Check in Kansas. Therefore I needed to pay $450 fully refundable when I received the dog as required by Pet Protection Law. Please do this as soon as possible to prevent delay of delivery. The Insurance Provider for the USA Pet Control is Pets Airways Pet insurance provided by Pyramid Insurance associated with the Supreme Court of the USA. If I don’t have pet insurance I can be punished by law. In one place on the paperwork it says I can be punished up to 5 years for cruelty to animal. In another place it says 6 months HARD LABOR with fine of $12000.00. If the insurance is not provided ASAP the puppy will be placed under PET ABUSE AND ABANDONING and the rules apply and it would be 25 years. I was sent a formal looking certificate from the SUPREME COURT OF THE USA, WITH A SEAL ON IT AND SIGNED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ( which is illegible) that I am supposed to sign and send back with the $450.00.

I sent this Emilie Torres from the Mini poodle Puppy Sales an email stating that it did not tell me how to pay it. Her response was to get another gift card for $450.00 and send it to her and she would take care of it.

I sent her an email back stating that Pyramid Insurance was in Hawaii and doesn’t insure animals. There is no Insurance and Customs Check in Kansas. That I wanted to come pick the puppy up myself. That I had already given her $700.00 and was not giving her anymore. On an internet site that I belong to, there is no Emilie Torres in Kansas City, Kansas, the phone number on the buyer’s/ seller’s agreement is no good, the address is of a duplex made out of an old 2 story house in the middle of town and she said she lived in the country, the email is no good, and Mini Poodle Puppy Sales is not legitimate.

I will be there tomorrow evening to pick up my dog that I paid for. This email was January 24, 2023 @4:46 pm. I have not heard from her since. I sent her an email at 9:37 pm that night asking her if she was too afraid to email me back, then at 11:08 pm I emailed her and said “HELLO! HAVE YOU DIED SINCE I CALLED YOU OUT?” No response from you since you wanted another gift card for $450.00 @ 4:46 pm!

I have had no contact since but I can find a website with Eva( my puppy) on it.
