I tried to purchase “Teddy” a maltipoo dog breed off their website. We were going back and forth about the transaction. The website mentions the sellers names are Tyler and Kilian. When I asked for the Paypal email, they told me to send the money to [email protected] and that they would only accept PayPal friends and family payment option which is non-refundable, when I asked if I could pay using the goods and services option which PayPal offers to protect the seller and buyer by providing a refund if a service or good was not provided. They laughed at me and said this is my business you pay how I want you to.
