Miniclip is a app maker, 8 ball pool being one of them. Just like any other app game, they offer season passes and other perks that are cost. With the couple years I played this game, they have given me issues with purchases in app. Issues mostly of paying for a product and not receiving. Two times this has happened they refuse to give me my money back or acknowledge the purchase as valid. I have emailed them for days with all information regarding the purchase and still no resolution.
