Greetings,
I am writing to bring to light a puppy fraud which I unfortunately fell for and lost $1,920.00. My wife and I located a Miniature Pinscher Puppy at the following website: www.miniaturepinschernearme.com We then made an inquiry to the following email address, ************************ Soon after, a male called my wife from the following phone number, ************, to discuss the arrangements. He indicated that he was in Tulsa, OK and that we lived to far away to look at or pick up the puppy. We agreed to pay the $750.00 for the puppy via a Walmart-to-Walmart wire transaction. He then indicated that the puppy would be transported to our house with in one week.
The next day we started getting phone calls from a company called Air Pets Animal Movers with an email address of ************************************* The male on the phone said his name was James Miller and his phone number was ************. Over the course of 3 days, we ended up sending an additional $1,170.00 to this animal transportation service via Walmart-to-Walmart wire transfer. Finally, our suspicions were confirmed when the animal transportation service called again and indicated that we would have to send another $750.00 for a St. Louis city permit before we could proceed with delivery.
