I have been in contact with this Scam Breeder. I noticed the red flags when he advertised his puppies at 50 % off / $750. He told me I cold only pay by bank transfer or debit card through an App. I also had to ask for a contract from this person. He gave me different names as to where to send the $. I will put all the info I received from him below.
