My family has been adopting dogs for years and unfortunately our older dog passed. We were looking to bring a new puppy into our lives and found the perfect puppy on https://minisizeschnauzerpups.com/. The website had a lot of content about the breeder and the puppies including pictures and descriptions as well as past testimonials from previous clients. My family and I exchanged emails with the breeder and was informed that the puppy would be traveling by plane and would be home delivered to us for the price of $695. We were never informed that we would be forced to pay an additional $2,000 for pet insurance or else the puppy would not be able to travel. On the emails that the breeder exchanged with my family we were told specifically that the puppy, travel expenses and the home delivery would be included in the price of $695. So the fact that the website said the family has been breeding these puppies for years they should know professionally how to inform their clients about any additional expenses that might arise. The fact that my family and I were expecting a new addition to our family and were forced and threatened that we wouldn't receive him if we didn't pay these additional fees is just wrong on all levels. The breeder or whoever we dealt with kept adding additional fees that were supposed to be already included such as the crate the puppy would be traveling in. When trying to contact the breeder and the people involved no one would answer or email us back. The company required us to send more money to their office and when we looked up the address it was a residential house. We addressed it to the people involved and they simply said that our temporary office. So now we will not be able to welcome our new puppy due to the unprofessional and scamming people that exist in this world.
