Same experience as everyone else except I was scammed for $3100. I paid $1500 for the crate and then another $900. When the flight supposedly landed in Dallas TX they asked for another $800. The said they were in a city 4 hours away from Dallas when the flight just landed, which was impossible. That’s when I determined it was a scam.

Spoke with Karl Burns, he was going to sell me Nick, had me Zelle him $700 then the "shipping" company messaged asking for more money for a new crate, that's when I figured it was a scam, he got me for $700!

You have to send the payment using Zelle and you need to download the app on your phone then follow the steps to make payment. You can also send Zelle Payment from your bank App.

I made an inquiry regarding the puppies for sale. I gave my name, email, and cell phone number. I got a response from email regarding the adoption process and that the wife was a flight attendant and the delivery of the dog was free. They also included a cell phone number at the bottom of the email. I texted them initially to establish a repertoire and never got a response after the first email. I then sent an email to clarify I was interested in a few of the dogs. Again, no response. I sent another email acknowledging they were probably busy with all other inquiries. Still no response. I sent a third email, indicating I would like to set up a live chat so I could see the interactions of the dogs, still no response. I stopped making further inquires. A couple days later, I got a text message from my bank trying to verify if I withdrew 200.00 from my account. I went to my checking account and saw another withdraw for 409.04, so I called the bank and spoke to a bank member and she said there was another attempt and money was wired for 701.04 and that they would not hold me responsible for any of these transactions. This online website is a total scam. I am still confused as to how they accessed my bank account, as I did not provide them with any information other than my name, cell number, and email. Let's go after these [censored].

I saw this website as well. Received an email stating what others on here have said as well. They were quick to respond initially, but after only giving my name and email, they were then very hard to get a hold of. Several emails later and no response. Got a call from my bank and they had tried to do random charges of 200, 700, and 160.

I got scammed by Mini Schnauzers Heavens in Richmond, Tx.. The puppy was $700 and that was to cover everything, including shipping.. I had to pay through Zelle.. Then the next day, I had Amarex call me and said they needed $1500 for the crate for shipping and I would get 95% of it back.. I told them I didn’t have $1500. My husband and I are on a fixed income.. They told me I would get a refund in 30 days.. I have since sent them messages and I get no response.. I’m so stressed from all of this.. It is sickening how people scam senior citizens.. I have learned, ONLY BUY FROM YOUR OWN STATE!

I thankfully did not purchase from them and want to prevent others as well. When I tried asking to FaceTime or zoom with the dog prior to them “shipping” it across the country, they suddenly disappeared saying they didn’t have FaceTime.

I experienced the same as the above complaints. The breeders would not answer their mobile. The payments were hard to make. The email addresses seemed off. I gave them personal information and feel completely taken advantage of. I wish I would have done more research on the website before. They stole $700 and then tried charging me more for the create. I did not have the money to do that. They said they were going to put the puppy in the pound. The courier "company" was rude and did not make a lot of sense. They would not give me proof of my pet. It did seem like the breeder and amarex pet delivery were the same people. This is so messed up!

There's no info on the parents, details on the environment and getting very short answers to questions. Also concerned about Zelle being only payment method as you cannot usually get money back or dispute a charge when using Zelle. Plus, not great English used throughout site, females have male names and vice versa and you might see a pic of a puppy with pink ribbons and female names, but it says its a male in the description and colors are not necessarily matching the the description. Plus, are prices too good to be true? They do not charge more for females or smaller sizes? I thought their prices are reasonable, but compared to other breeders...

Bought a mini schnauzer puppy for $700. The puppy was originally $1600 (supposedly). Had to pay using Zelle. Shipping from California to Tennessee was free. Once I sent the money, I received an e-mail from the shipping company Amarex saying my puppy needed a special $1500 thermal crate to be shipped in. I would get 95% of this money back from the person who delivered the puppy. I said I did not have that money. Amarex suggested I contact the breeder for help. The breeder offered to pay $1000 if I could pay the remaining $500. I kept asking the shipping company for proof that they had the puppy. They said they could not do that. I told them without proof, they were not getting any more money! I then contacted the breeder and asked for my money back because this was more difficult than I had planned. I doubt I will ever see that money again. Since my last contact with the breeder, I noticed that there is a typo where it states kitten instead of puppy. This was probably a fraudulent cat website which was edited for dogs. He has done this before I am certain of this. I was scammed! Don’t buy a dog or cat unless you can visit the facility prior to purchase. Lesson learned!

Hi, I was also scammed, my husband is a lawyer and he is going to send a letter to the US Attorney.. I’m trying to get everyone that was scammed, to contact me so my husband can add you into the complaint.. There is no charge! Please contact me at [email protected] I can then have my husband contact you or you can contact him.. These people need to be stopped! I made the mistake of not having my husband check these people out before I paid $700..Please contact me as soon as possible.. My husband is going to start working on this in the next few days.. He just wants to let the US Attorneys know that I wasn’t the only one scammed..
