I, as well as over 20 women have several open orders that we have not received.

When the owner shut down her little Facebook shop, she also changed her phone number, deactivated her Facebook account, and any other means of contact for her customers to reach her. She stated in her post that she was done with making clothes, however she would get our orders out to us when it was convenient for her. This lady owes me probably over $2k worth of open orders. I just want my money back.
